六個工作階段 / Six Work Stages
1. 緊急資料搶救與權限評估 / Emergency Data Rescue & Access Assessment
- Inventory sites, backups, credentials and available access.盤點網站、備份、登入資料及可取得權限。
- Secure available files, database exports and critical membership data.保存可取得的網站檔案、資料庫匯出及重要會員資料。
- Identify missing SSH/SFTP/FTP, control panel, phpMyAdmin and database access.確認缺少的 SSH/SFTP/FTP、控制面板、phpMyAdmin 及資料庫權限。
- Coordinate with the original Hong Kong developer and KD Center if required.如有需要，與原香港 web developer 及 KD Center 協調。

2. 網站復原 / Website Restoration
- Restore each recoverable WordPress installation from available backups/data.使用現有備份或資料逐一復原可搶救的 WordPress 網站。
- Recover database, uploads and necessary site content where possible.盡可能復原資料庫、uploads 及必要網站內容。
- For MemberPress sites, verify members, subscriptions, transactions and access rules.MemberPress 網站另行確認會員、訂閱、交易及存取規則。

3. Staging（正式上線前的測試環境）/ Pre-Go-Live Testing Environment
- LocalWP: restore and test on a dedicated local computer/external SSD.LocalWP： 在專用本地電腦／外接 SSD 上復原及測試。
- Oracle VPS: restore and test remotely before connecting the production domain.Oracle VPS： 在 Oracle 遠端 VPS 上復原及測試，先不連正式網域。
- Test pages, images, Vimeo, login, forms, MemberPress, email/SMTP and payment-related functions as applicable.測試頁面、圖片、Vimeo、登入、表單、MemberPress、Email/SMTP 及適用的付款功能。
LocalWP：一般網站 CAD $150–$300/site；MemberPress/複雜網站 CAD $250–$400/site
Oracle VPS：一般網站 CAD $250–$400/site；MemberPress/複雜網站 CAD $350–$500/site

4. 安全檢查與惡意程式清理 / Security Inspection & Malware Cleanup
- Inspect suspicious PHP/JavaScript, redirects, unknown administrators and abnormal files.檢查可疑 PHP/JavaScript、異常轉址、未知管理員及異常檔案。
- Replace WordPress core, themes and plugins with clean copies from trusted sources where practical.在可行情況下，以可信來源的乾淨版本替換 WordPress 核心、themes 及 plugins。
- Review database locations for suspicious injected content and retest after cleanup.檢查資料庫是否有可疑注入內容，清理後重新測試。

無法保證所有感染都可 100% 清除；如需要第三方專業資安公司，費用另計。 / No 100% malware-removal guarantee in every case; specialist third-party security fees are separate.
5. 遷移到正式 Hosting 並上線 / Production Hosting Migration & Go-Live
- Prepare the selected production hosting environment.建立選定的正式 hosting 環境。
- Migrate the verified website and database.遷移已驗證的網站及資料庫。
- Configure SSL, DNS/domain routing and final production URL.設定 SSL、DNS／網域指向及正式網址。
- Perform final functional and post-launch checks.進行最後功能測試及上線後檢查。

6. 完整網站重建——只有復原失敗時才做 / Full Rebuild — Only if Recovery Fails
- Rebuild from surviving content, screenshots, known themes/plugins and business requirements.根據殘存內容、截圖、已知 themes/plugins 及需求重新建立網站。
- Recreate navigation, forms, MemberPress rules, Vimeo embeds and integrations as required.按需要重建選單、表單、MemberPress 規則、Vimeo 嵌入及其他整合。

中型 10–20 頁 / Medium 10–20 pages: CAD $1,500–$2,500/site
